RETURNS POLICY

At Wellivo, our aim is to deliver the best quality products to our valued customers.

However, you are entitled to return or cancel your order for any of the following reasons.

1- The product is faulty, damaged or has exceeded the ‘Best Before’ date when received by you.

  • What you must do:

Contact us on info@wellivo.co.uk within 5 days and Return all the faulty items to us within 10 days from receipt of the goods. The items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received and securely packaged. If the returned product is found damaged due the buyers handling process, the buyer will be responsible for the damaged goods.

Please note that you must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty item. Failure to provide such evidence prior to returning the goods will not entitle you to any form of refund.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on the products which have been opened or used.

  • What we will do:

Upon receiving products at Wellivo, we inspect the products and if the fault or damage is agreed we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or refund your money within 7 working days.

2- You changed your mind and wish to cancel your order.

  • What you must do:

If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund your order in full. In other occasions, you have 14 days to cancel your order which commences on the day after you received your item. Please contact us on info@wellivo.co.uk prior to return. Returned items must be in perfect condition and un-opened and un-used and in the original packaging as they were when received by you. If the returned product is found damaged due the buyers handling process, the buyer will be responsible for the damaged goods. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on the products which have been opened or used.

  • What we will do:

Upon receiving products at Wellivo, we inspect the products and if the quality of returned item is agreed, a refund (excluding postage) will be made within 7 days of receiving products. Damaged and faulty items (as a result of customer’s handling process) or opened and used packages will not be eligible for refund.

3- You received the wrong item(s):

This is a very rare occasion and we apologize in advance, if such mistake is happened.

  • What you must do:

Please inform us of the situation on info@wellivo.co.uk within 5 days and return items to us within 10 days from receipt of the goods. Returned items must be in perfect condition and un-opened and un-used and in the original packaging for re-sale. If the returned product is found damaged due the buyers handling process, the buyer will be responsible for the damaged goods. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used or opened.

  • What we will do:

Upon receiving products at Wellivo, we inspect the products and if the quality of returned item is agreed, we either send a replacement at no extra cost or refund your money within 7 working days.
